Academic Purpose: To provide a high-quality international platform for the dissemination of innovative research in engineering systems and the application of scientific principles to real-world technical challenges.

Subject Areas: Civil and Structural Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, Telecommunications, Robotics, Applied Physics, and Sustainable Infrastructure Development.

Orientation: International and interdisciplinary, focusing on the integration of engineering solutions in emerging economies.

Original Research Articles: Full-length reports of data-driven original research.

Review Papers: Comprehensive summaries of specific engineering fields.

Case Studies: Detailed reports on specific engineering projects or technical implementations.

l  Peer Review Policy

Method: Double-blind peer review (neither authors nor reviewers know each other's identities) to ensure maximum objectivity and international credibility.

l  Author Fees and Open Access Policy

Fee Statement: IJESAS is a Diamond Open Access journal; no submission or publication fees (APCs) are charged to authors at this stage.

l  Ethical and Quality Standards

Commitment: Strict adherence to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines of the university.

Plagiarism Policy: All submissions will be screened via specialized software. The maximum allowed similarity percentage is 20%, excluding references.

l  Copyright and Archiving

Copyright: Authors retain copyright under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.

Archiving: Digital preservation will be managed through the Hormuud University OJS repository and local servers.
